Get zombified with gruesome makeup (parental permission form required)! Play hilarious games like pin the arm on the zombie before we have to create our zombie survival plan. Free play on the Wii® and the PS2® and try to score the highest points!

Anyone who has turned in at least one reading log is invited to join us for this event.Refreshments provided. Registration is required, so click this link to register online! Don’t forget to have a ride arranged to pick you up by 8 p.m. And remember, if you want friends to come they have to turn in at least one reading log to the Teen Summer Reading Club!

There are hundreds of colleges out there, so which one is right for you? Learn how to use the internet to search for potential schools and get a heads up on all the steps you need to take to be prepared for getting into college. You’ll also learn what institutions are looking for in potential students. Join us as we help you find some great schools!

Tech Camp For Teens!

Tech Camp for Teens

August 10, 1-3 p.m. – Garage Band and Audio Editing
August 11, 3-4:30 p.m. – Photoshop and Picture Editing
August 12, 3-4:30 p.m. – SketchUp and 3D Modeling
August 13, 4-5:45 p.m. – Windows Movie Maker and Video Editing


Before you head back to school, why not learn something new and fun!? Join us at our Tech Camp for Teens to learn Garage Band, Photoshop, SkethUp, and Windows Movie Maker! These classes will cover all the basics with some added fun stuff, so beginners as well as students with some experience will benefit. Join us at every class or just take one or two that interest you!

Ages 13-18 only. Registration is required for each class you plan to attend due to limited spaces being available (just click on the name of the class you wish to sign up for). Some participants may share computers. You will need a free Studio membership to participate! If you are not a Studio member and are 13-18 years of age, then bring your personal library card and a photo ID (or parent with ID) and we can make you a Studio member!

Learn how to use Microsoft Word and Publisher to create resumes and some extra tips and tricks for making them stand out. Everyone will be able to create a resume to print and take home. Please remember to bring former employment and other necessary information to complete your resume.

Every Tuesday in July The Studio will hold Techie Tuesday where you and your friends can learn tips and tricks for some of the coolest digital media stuff we’ve got right here in The Studio! This Tuesday we'll cover video editing using Adobe Premiere!

Registration is required for each class you plan to attend due to limited spaces being available. Some participants may share computers. You will need a Studio membership to participate! If you are not a Studio member and are 13-18 years of age, then bring your personal library card and a photo ID (or parent with ID) and we can make you a Studio member!
