Who is the best villain ever?
Ninja Jenny says: Um.....Volde, er, He Who Must Not Be Named :) Actually, I think the worst villain I have read would have to be the Mayor in the Chaos Walking trilogy (The Knife of Never Letting Go, The Ask and the Answer, and Monsters of Men). He was just PURE evil!

Dr. John Dee from the Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel series is probably my favorite villain. He is pure evil, but he almost always fails in some really embarrassing way so you almost have to feel sorry for the guy. It's just a funny situation.
